My current full-time role is Chief Operating Officer of The Good Acre. I am based in St. Paul, MN.

I have spent the majority of my career in operations management or growth and development roles, specifically focused on start-ups, acquisitions, crisis consulting or high growth initiatives. Over the past two decades I have reinvented, reimagined, reinvigorated or restructured dozens of businesses, dormant buildings or 2nd generation commercial spaces through change management. By maximizing existing business infrastructure, implementing relevant change or thoughtful conceptual alignment, these businesses have achieved massive increases in revenue and profit. I have built teams of leaders, solved tricky financial problems, invented products that have never existed and contributed to the success of many operation across diverse industries.
